As my readers know, I talk tons of shit on here. It's only my right as it's my blog. I'm snarktastic. I'm Thayer Core. Let's keep in mind, however, that I'm not necessarily an anonymous cat hiding behind a screen name. My screen name is one that I also use professionally. It is my "Diablo Cody." So, as Tupac once ominously intoned, I ain't hard to find.

This morning, I ritually logged into MySpace to see which of my digital honeys was offering up the drawers and discovered I had New Friend Requests. Of the requests, one was from someone I'd talked plenty shit about on Air Conditioning.

There was no accompanying note, just the request that he would like to be my MySpace friend. Hmmm. I mean, this kid has read my blog, he knows what I've said about him. It all stems from a war of words on the IMDb boards, a place so totally devoid of intelligence that I felt myself get dumber each time I logged in. Ugh, I'm getting depressed just thinking about it.

So, anyway this friend request. Was it an opening salvo? Slapping of the face before the duel? A declaration of war? BEEF?

Heavens, I hope not. Physical confrontations are not my thing. My face is too pretty to be bruised up. And I've read about how these conflicts that start on Teh Internets can spill out into real life and end unhappily. Considering that both this kid and I have goals -- similar ones, at that -- I doubt that either of us is willing to piss it all away.

But hey, the crazies are on Teh Internets, so one never knows, do they, Mr. Allen?

Johnny "J" Jackson, the producer that brought you "How Do U Want It" and "All About U" by Tupac, died over the weekend at age 39 in an apparent suicide. Jackson was charged with a DWI, and a Los Angeles County Jail spokesperson says that he jumped to his death from an upper level of the jail.

"When I talked to him, he told me he sold over 100 million records, ... In my opinion, he needs to be put up there on legendary status with a Quincy Jones or Dr. Dre, because nobody knew he sold that many records. He was more of a low-key guy. He didn't go out there flashing his money, but when you go to his studio, you'd see 100 'Pac plaques. You'd be like, 'Man, you did all of these records?' "

J did an interview with Tech on "The Wake Up Show" a few months ago, right before he was put in jail. Jackson said that he had around 30 Tupac records in his vaults that were unreleased and that he was part owner of all of 'Pac's recordings.

"We did six or seven a day, Depending on how the Hennessy was going, we turned it out."

Johnny Jackson, known as Johnny J in the hip-hop and rap community, committed suicide while in prison over the weekend.  He had been serving time for in Los Angeles Count Jail for a DUI bust.  Authorities are saying that Johnny took his own life by jumping off one of the tiers in the jail house.

Remember everyone, don't drink and drive... DUI's can ruin your life and those around you.  However, if you are arrested for allegedly drinking and driving, get a DUI defense lawyer who will work to get the charges reduced or dropped and keep you out of jail.

Ο γνωστός παραγωγός Johnny Jackson ή απλά Johnny J άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή στις φυλακές του Los Angeles (California) εχθές στις 3 Οκτωβρίου 2008 με τις αρχές να κάνουν λόγο για αυτοκτονία...Σύμφωνα με αναφορές ο Jackson, που συνελήφθη αρχικά λόγω DUI (Driving Under Influence σ.σ. οδηγούσε σουρωμένος), πήδηξε απο την κερκίδα των φυλακών και πέθανε, αλλά επίσημη αιτία για το θάνατο δεν υπάρχει ακόμα...

Ο Jackson γεννήθηκε στο Μεξικό (29/8.1969) και μεγάλωσε στο περίφημο South Central του L.A. Μεταξύ άλλων έκανε παραγωγές για τα άλμπουμ : The Above The Rim soundtrack, Thug Life album, Me Against The World και All Eyez On Me!

Επίσης έκανε πολλές παραγωγές για τα soundtrack των ταινιών : Blood Diamond, The Fan και The Big Hit. Ο πρώτος και μοναδικός solo δίσκος του έχει τίτλο "Ι gotta be me" βγήκε στην κυκλοφορία το 1995 και πολλές απο τις παραγωγές που έκανε για τον Tupac, βγήκαν τελικά στην κυκλοφορία στις μεταθανάτιες δουλειες του 2Pac όπως στα : Until the End of Time, Better Dayz, R U Still Down (Remember Me).
