This features only work with Window XP++.

1st steps : Go to Start the Green button

2nd steps : Click run, and key in services.msc

3rd steps: A new window for Services will pop up. Look for DHCP client and DNS Client.

4 steps : Restart both clients by right clicks. You will notice that a notification will pop up at right bottom task bar. The DCHP client and DNS client had been restart and the internet connection now should be fine. Try and See.

One of the reason why the problems occurs was because tweak version of Bitcomet opens up alot of half open connection and have not yet been closed and when your browser request for new connection from the router, the router itself ignores your request. Restarting DHCP and DNS client helps because, it clear the cache and update the IP address and DNS name again.

بت تورنت مصطلح يطلق على طريقة من طرق مشاركة الملفات عبر الانترنت مابين مستخدمين الانترنت والتى الند للند أو مايعرف باللغة الانجليزية (Peer-to-peer) حيث يكون تبادل الملفات بين اشخاص دون و جود و سيط عدا Tracker (المتقصى ) وهو برنامج عادة مايكون مستضاف على Server (الخادم ) والذي يتكفل في تنسيق عملية الاتصال مابين Peers (النظراء) أو المستخدمين .
مبرمج البروتوكول و مخترعه هو Bram Cohen برام كوهين وتمت برمجته بلغة بايثون Paithon وهى لغة من لغات البرمجة .

So, how will we do it? Simple, WebUI (Web User Interface).

Step 1: Enable the WebUI feature in uTorrent.

It is simple in the new versions of uTorrent, but in the old one, you need to press Ctrl+P. Now in the 'Preferences' tree, look for 'Advanced'. On expanding it you will see the option of 'WebUI'. Check 'enable Web Interface' on the right side. It is recommended that you create a password for it, so that the service is not abused by someone else.

Step 2: Check if your port is open to accept incoming connections.

In the status bar below in the main uTorrent window, you will se a green tick mark or a yellow exclaimation. Click that. Now, you will see a button on the lower side of the window saying 'Test if port is forwarded properly'. Click on this button, and it will open your browser window. There should be a gree 'OK' in the browser window. If not, then forward your port from your firewall, or add it as a NAT entry in your DSL router/modem (both for UDP and TCP).

Step 3: Download the WebUI from uTorrent's website.

Step 4: Install the WebUI.

Open your C: in Windows Explorer. In the 'address' field write '%appdata%\uTorrent' (without quotes). Place the webui.zip file in this directory (from the webui_v0.310_beta_2.rar archive).

Step 5: Test the WebUI.

Open your Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 (Internet Explorer 6 is not supported) and type:

http://127.0.0.1:<port_number>/gui/index.html

It will ask for your Username and Password. Enter it, and you will see your Web Interface. Remotely, you will need to enter your IP address instead of 127.0.0.1.

Step 6: For dynamic IP users.

For users with a dynamic IP, we must use a dynamic DNS service, like no-ip.com or DynDNS. After you activate it, you will have to type something like this when you are on a different system:

http://username.no-ip.org:<port_number>/gui/index.html

Step 7: WebUI on your mobile.

For any JAVA enabled phone, you need to get the JAVA application which connects to your uTorrent. Open this link in your JAVA enabled phone.

If your phone is not JAVA ready, download this zip, extract it, inside there is a folder called 'iphone' take that folder and place it inside the webui.zip (using WinRAR) that you installed in at '%AppData%\uTorrent' on your PC. Don't extract the webui zip just add the iphone folder to it. To access this interface you will need to type:

Step 8: Still not enough? How about control them via Facebook?

You can add the Facebook Application from here and log in with your Facebook ID. Fill in the details and you can even control uTorrent via Facebook!

Aceasta mica observatie vine sa intareasca ideea filmului: sharing-ul de fisiere- o practica tehnologica si totodata culturala deja larg utilizata- a trecut deja de punctul in care mai poate fi oprit. Vechea industrie media a pierdut controlul asupra redistribuirii continuturilor media si deja nu mai poate determina cine are acces la arhive, cine le poate folosi in scopul crearii unor noi lucrari, si mai departe in scopul atragerii de profit.

Ideea principala a filmului este ca sharing-ul de fisiere transforma mecanismul de dezvoltare a culturii cu ajutorul accesului la o baza de date tot mai mare, cu efecte la fel de spectaculoase ca cele ale aparitiei tiparului, in secolele 17 si 18. In acea perioada se ducea o lupta asemanatoare, intre cei care incercau sa opreasca distribuirea anumitor texte si manuscrise maselor de oameni simpli si cei care ignorau aceste legi ale cenzurii si, cu ajutorul tiparului, fabricau zeci de copii pe care mai apoi le imprastiau celor interesati.

Unul din argumentele "piratilor" este faptul ca principalul scop pentru care a aparut internetul a fost sharing-ul de fisiere, iar acest lucru nu ar trebui interzis. Argumentul final consta in faptul ca informatiile culturale sunt percepute de fiecare persoana altfel, iar aceasta perceptie diferita duce la nasterea unor noi informatii, prin urmare ajuta la dezvoltarea culturala si nu o ameninta in niciun fel.

Ideea documentarului e interesant de urmarit, desi filmuletul nu e o capodopera. Trebuie insa tinut seama de faptul ca "piratii" nu au avut bugetul BBC-ului.

Pe parcursul documentarului am trecut de la stari de "bullshit, your totally wrong" la stari de "oh, well...you DO have a point here". Spre sfarsit am ajuns intr-un punct de mijloc si inca nu m-am hotarat daca sunt pro sau contra file sharing-ului.

Pour ceux qui ne savent pas encore comment faire pour télécharger des séries, filmes, logiciels sur internet, je vous rassure, c'est très facile.

D'abord , télécharger un logiciel permettant de se connecter au réseau BitTorrent, comme ce logiciel par exemple : Bitcomet, et installez-le sur votre disque dur.

Ensuite , ouvrez un site consacré au P2P comme Mininova, tapez votre recherche, et telecharger le Torrent qui correspond à votre recherche.

Et pour la musique et les clips vidéos, voici un logiciel très satisfaisant : iMesh, la prise en main est facile, en plus de la musique et la vidéo, ce logiciel vous permet de vous présenter aux autres utilisateurs de iMesh et de chatter.

Here is what you need to do:

1) Download a BitTorrent client and install the same. A BitTorrent client is a program that downloads the files (movies/music or any other that is not protected by copyrights. ;)  )

Some examples of BitTorrent clients include (with a Link of where to download it)

• MjuTorrent/UTorrent
• BitComet
• Azureus

For a comprehensive list of BitTorrent clients you can look here.

MjuTorrent is supposed to be light and works well. I present a screen shot of the same which shows a few details.

• Size is obviously the size of the file you are downloading. :)
• As you can see, the number of Seeders, Peers is enumerated on the client software. (The tracker takes care of this and it's not necessary you know about this.)
• Down speed and Up speed can be limited. Go to Options->Preferences->Connection. You will find 'Global Bandwidth Limiting' Under this you can set the Download and Upload speeds. Remember that this is in kBps. So you have to convert your Kbps speed by dividing it by eight. Sorry I know this sounds dumb, but if you type 128 there, then you are actually allowing it to download upto '1024' kbps or 1Mbps.
• ETA tells you in how much time the file will get downloaded. ('Estimated Time of Arrival' if you didn't know)
• Ratio shows you the Up/Down ratio.
• Availability 1.0 means that the entire file is available. (If the availability is < 1.0 it means that the entire file is currently not available.)
• Priority can be made high, normal or low. If you dont want to download a file, right click on it and choose 'Don't Download' 

2) Now go to a site ('Indexing Websites' or 'Public Tracker Sites'*) that allows you to search for torrents and search for a the file you want. A .torrent (file extension) file is downloaded from these sites. Typical sites include,

• isoHunt
• The Pirate Bay
• Mininova
• TorrenSpy

Demonoid used to be one of the more popular sites where .torrent files could be found. Sadly it's no more. It was forced offline.

(*- There is a technical difference between sites that host trackers and sites that are simply search engines which allow us to search for .torrent files that are hosted or tracked by other sites.)

A word of caution though. Some of these sites contain advertisements that might be inappropriate for people of some age groups. Always tread with caution and keep away from such sites.

You can either download the file onto your hard disk or it might give you an option of opening it with the client if the client is already installed. Downloading it (.torrent file) onto your hard disk is always a safe option.

3) If you have downloaded the .torrent file onto your hard disk, then there should be no trouble downloading the file now. Double clicking on the .torrent file should open it with your BitTorrent client. Else you can always use the 'open with' option to open it with the installed BitTorrent client software.

4) Now all you have to do is let the client run and in some time (depending on the file size) your file should be downloaded. Most clients display the time the file will take to download.

A few other things you might want to know:

1) Downloading of Copyright material is considered illegal in some countries. (Most countries actually.) You might want to avoid these files if you want to avoid trouble no matter how tempting it is to download a file.

2) In order that you use up your full bandwidth or to ensure maximum speed, you might need to enable 'Port Forwarding'. Many sites offer help regarding the same. I shall cover this at a later date. It is slightly complicated and you need to be aware of the risks of opening your ports.

3) Be sure that you maintain the Upload/Download ratio more than 1.0. This is considered decency. You are expected to Upload at-least as much as you have downloaded. (I personally upload up-to 1.5 ratio) Some times your speeds are limited by the client software if you do not upload enough. This is done to avoid bottlenecks.

4) Make sure you are downloading in your free time** (by free time I mean time when you have free downloads.)  or you are aware of exactly how much you are downloading. Also remember that you are also uploading simultaneously. So if you downloaded 400 MB and uploaded as much, you will in-fact be charged for 800 MB by the Internet provider.

5) Keep your eyes open for spurious/spam files. Sometimes people upload junk and rename it as 'filename.avi' (assuming the file's extension is .avi) After you have downloaded a file, you might not be able to open it and you will find that you have wasted bandwidth.(and I sincerely hope you didn't pay for it)

It is always a good idea to check if a DVD is released or not before you download a DVD Rip. Or for any file in general, it is good to check if such a file in fact exists.

6) Make sure you know the language and other details such as quality of the file that you download. Some people are honest in labelling the files, others are not. If a file has a preview, then download the preview first and see if the quality is alright. (Your bitTorrent client allows you to download files selectively.)

7) Make sure that the downloaded .torrent file and also the data that you are downloading is free of viruses. I guess there's no way to make sure of this but to download from reliable sources. Or after downloading the file, you can always run a virus scan. (Never trut the files you downloaded completely. It's always a good idea to run a virus scan on the files.)

8) Some software like Free Download Manager (FDM) also allow you to download files using torrents. I have not tried it though. So I cannot comment on how good it is in comparison with some of the other software available.

9) A very important thing you need to look for when downloading a .torrent file is the number of 'Seeders' 'Leechers'/'Peers' . Let's just say the more the merrier. Seeders are people who have the full copy of a file and Leechers/Peers are people people who have part of the file, but not the entire file itself. If you have more seeders or peers, the downloads will be faster. Less popular files have very few seeders. That's one of the downsides of using torrents.
