Ten NFL coaches were hired after the 2005 season, and more than two seasons later, it's evaluation time. Sean Jensen of the Pioneer Press thinks that most of the Class of 2006 hasn't made the grade.

"The combined record of the 10 NFL coaches hired after the 2005 season: 143-201," Jenson writes. "It gets worse. Two already have been fired, and several others appear to be on the proverbial hot seat."Full story

überhaupt zahlungsfähig, was in wirtschaftlich schwierigen Zeiten nicht selbstverständlich erscheint.

One of my highlights every fall is coaching the DMS tennis team. I've been coaching for many years and I continue to enjoy it. I can't say enough positive things about the coaches I work with and the players I coach.

Our tennis courts are sandwiched in-between both the soccer field and the football field. Because of that we have to endure many sounds, many cheers, and essentially everything that goes with those sports. These present many frustrations at times but there is one thing that I will never grow tired of...

-The National Anthem-

This is something that will be etched in my mind permanently. Every time the national anthem is played all of our players and most of our parents stop right where they are and face the flag. It doesn't matter whether they are talking or playing on the courts, everything just freezes. Even now, just thinking about it sends chills up my spine!

There are few things that could make me more proud.

Thank you DMS tennis team!

If you've read the blog, you know I'm not a fan of New Year's Resolutions. Fall, a time the weather changes and makes us think of shorter days, both metaphorically and literally, is an excellent time for reflection. And now, when there are about 100 days left in the year, is a great time to start a count-down toward the end of the year and start thinking about what you want to change.

[caption id="attachment_1459" align="alignright" width="126" caption="100 days to New Year"][/caption]

When New Year's Day is on you, and you make quick, unconsidered changes in your life, the chances are slim they will last. But 100 days out, you have time to

Think about what you want to change in your life

Decide if this is a change you want to put some effort into

Sort through the steps that will get you there

Gather support for the change from friends and family

Create the rewards for completed steps in the change

Pinpoint the behavior you want to change and the behavior you want to substitute for it

Dream up some rituals to keep you on track

Visualize success

These steps are much better than deciding you want to lose weight, read more, create more deeply, and then not knowing how. Starting early gives you a running start.
When you jump into the New Year, you'll have ritual, support, expected behavior and have imagined the result. That's a plan that will give you some real results.

One more step. If you want real change in your life, hire a coach. Yes, I am a coach, but that's not the point. A coach offers support and accountability. Ask any coach questions before you start. But a coach is a vital step in success for any resolution or change. You'll enjoy your new life!

Is the Economy Good or is it Bad?

Chances are you already have the answer. And under the weight of crushing headlines, news feeds, a

Chances are you already have the answer. And under the weight of crushing headlines, news feeds, and truly shrinking money pools, is there any other reality about the economy? Is it Good or is it Bad?

If you believe the economy is bad, then you live in a state of fear, anxiety, and worry. No doubt you check the stock market regularly to see how low it can go. You talk about how bad it is to your friends and co-workers for more validation that it is bad. (And if you did a little "bee honest", the worst story wins in the world of "woe is me").

The conversation goes something like this: "I haven't had any sales in a month! Can it get any worse? When will this economy turn around so I can get some money coming in? Did you read today's paper? Layoffs, bank bailouts, foreclosures. No wonder my business is soo bad!"

Congratulations, you may win the prize. There is a partial payoff to worrying and bad news that is reinforcing to the habit. As Daniel Goleman says in Emotional Intelligence, "The work of worrying-when it suceeds, is to rehearse what dangers are, and to reflect on ways to deal with them. But worry doesn't work well at all. New solutions and fresh ways of seeing a problem do not typically come from worrying, especially chronic worry. Chronic worriers worry about a wide range of things, most of which have no chance of happening; they read dangers into life's journey,"

The common advice from others is "Stop Worrying" or "Get out there and do something about it". By the very nature of the way the brain works, a lot of worry comes up unbidden, because it follows the reactive part of the mind or the low road of being unconscious.

You know about the self-fulfilling prophecy right? If you think and worry that business is bad, it can actually get worse. How can you get your brain and your business out of this loop?

The first step is to "Bee Aware". At Buzzen we teach women this crucial step in self-growth and business growth. When you can take a step back and be the observer of your business, your patterns and the impact of your thoughts, you can truly shift your thinking and create. Most of us have blind spots and it helps to have a support group to help you get a different perspective on what is not working.

The second step is to be part of a coaching program to help actively. When Jody England wrote "Attraction Actions, New "Bee"haviours for Creating the Life you Deserve" she realized that women needed principles and system of creating a life they deserve. The practices or "games" are fun and enlightening. Let me give you an example of the The Reframe Game.

Jody explains in her book, "The basic concept of the ReFrame/Something Better Game is that you turn something that doesn't look good to you into something that does look good (and more importantly feels good to you. You do this by creating a story that changes your thought process around a particular situation."

Let's look at some examples of reframing thoughts around the real estate market.

Something that doesn't look good-Homes are not selling and the market is bad

Something that does look good and feels better-Interest rates are below 6% and there are so many opportunities out there!

Which outlook will create more sales, more clients and more money? Make a list of places where you have judged this economy to be bad and play the reframe game today!

So this is a bit like reading an article on how to stay fit. You can read about it and your mind says "hmm, good ideas". And yet, how do you follow a path to change your thoughts? Or maybe you are curious and want to hear more about creating new thoughts around your business that are incompatible with worry.

Jody and I are doing a free call on Oct 14 at noon (trust me, it's a good use of a lunch hour) and we will be sharing more about the Buzzen process.
One thing I love about life is the ability and freedom it grants each and every one of us to create

One thing I love about life is the ability and freedom it grants each and every one of us to create a new "you" at any point and time. A simple decision to make a change, initiates the entire process. An old Chinese proverb states, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one single step." Just one single step - a decision - begins the journey!

And many of us have done just that, we've taken the first step of deciding to make a change in our lives, time and time again. Yet, somehow our efforts continually fall short, leaving us frustrated, hopeless, and sometimes feeling like a complete failure. Why?

Well, we fail at successfully manifesting and maintaining meaningful change in our lives because we make the decision, and stop right there... never completing the process, never realizing that the decision is merely the first step. A decision must be followed up with an effective plan of action to ensure a solid foundation. Now, please be forewarned that after making your decision to create a new "you", you will inevitably be confronted by the enemy of all successful endeavors, dreams, goals and ideas. This enemy has destroyed more dreams than anything else on the planet. This enemy is looking to destroy your dream... this enemy is called procrastination. Procrastination's method of operation is to eat your life away, one-second-at-a-time. The minutes, hours, days, months and years are unimportant because procrastination fully understands that it can accumulate those minutes, hours, days, months, and years by simply eating away at each second wasted, doing absolutely nothing, going absolutely nowhere. Understand that this enemy is working diligently, 24 hours a day, to prevent any forward progress, so you must work even more diligently at eradicating it from your life. And the absolute most effective way to rid yourself of procrastination... is to take action. Taking action will cause it to flee from you, but be advised that it will not go very far. It will lurk around in the background waiting for you to welcome it back into your life by putting things off again. That is precisely why you must continue taking action on a consistent basis.

When formulating a plan of action to create a "new you", one of the most powerful internal forces we naturally possess, but often fail to fully activate, will play a critical role. That force is known as… imagination. Imagination is defined as the act or power of forming mental images of what is not actually present. One of the fantastic things about imagination is that it gives us the ability to pre-play our future, unlike memory which constantly re-plays our past. When we fail to use our imagination, our memory takes over, allowing us to stay trapped in our past, failing to cultivate a vision for our future. Imagination grants us hope for a brighter future and the expectation of a successful, fulfilling life. I empathically suggest that you trade in your residency in the nation of procrastiNation and become an active resident in the nation of imagiNation. This is crucial because you will need a mental picture of your future to continually motivate you to take the necessary steps to get there. And rest assured that once you decide on your destination, your mind will then create the roadmap to get you there, utilizing this life-changing force called imagination. It's in this nation of imagination that the new you is first created, nourished, and given a fighting chance to win in life.

I challenge you to take action today, to swiftly evict procrastination and deliberately and consistently activate the power of imagination in your life. Spend at least 15 minutes a day seeing yourself being the person you want to be, doing the things you want to do, and having the things you want to have. Once you get into a habit of visualizing your victory, take determined action on the roadmap that your mind will create to get you to your desired destination.

As I said in the beginning of this article - the one thing I truly love about life is the ability and freedom it grants each and every one of us, regardless of status, background, age, gender, race - to create a "new you" at any given point and time. Take advantage of that opportunity, take advantage of a brand new year, make the decision, then follow it up with the necessary actions to create the you.... you've always wanted to be!

I’m sure you are aware that there are a lot of people making money online today. You have probably

I’m sure you are aware that there are a lot of people making money online today. You have probably heard about some of the higher profile Internet Marketers who rake in millions of dollars every year. They also travel all around the world going to Internet Marketing seminars where they discuss the latest money making strategies and network with fellow marketers and potential JV partners.

These seminars are located in places like Orlando, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Australia. Not bad places to go to work huh? Besides the bonus of being able to enjoy some sun and local attractions while they are in these cities, they get to discuss the latest IM techniques and brainstorm ways to make even more money.

Ah, the life of the Internet Marketer. It’s a tough job but someone’s gotta do it :-) .

Are you interested in getting into Internet Marketing? Maybe you’re already doing it but you’re struggling to make a buck. Maybe you’re really skeptical and believe that there is no bloody way the little guy can make money online.

You might be thinking... sure it’s easy if you have a lot of cash to pay people that are experts to write content for some hungry profitable niches that you know nothing about. Or sure it’s easy to make a lot of money if you have a list of 100,000 people to pitch to. Oh and while I’m talking about lists, they can just ask their 10 IM buddies to send out a quick email to promote their brand spanking new product to THEIR 100,000 member lists too!

Well come on people, do you really think that’s all it takes to make a mitt full of cash with Internet Marketing?

Well, actually you’re not too far off. It could very well happen this way.

So now you are probably thinking that this solidifies what you’ve always thought. The little guy can’t make money online...

... Nonsense!

You gotta remember that these big time money making marketers were in the exact same position as you are now. They struggled and struggled trying to make money and many times thought they would never succeed.

But they never gave up and they kept on trying different things until something worked. Then all they did was repeat the process.

Once they started making money, they would re-invest this money in tools to make their tasks faster and they would start going to these big IM conventions.

See where I’m going with this? They had nothing to begin with... they struggled but never ever gave up... they stumbled on a technique or niche market that made them some money... they then looked for and tested more techniques or tested a new niche market... once they started bringing in enough money, they started going to IM events to learn new money making techniques and to meet other Internet Marketers.

This leads to more money, more IM friends and JV partners. It’s a great way to build your business.

If they can do it, there is no reason why you can’t do it. Plus you have an advantage... today there is so much more information available to help you make money online. Most of the big names in IM didn’t have all this information available to them and had to figure it all out through trial and error.

So if you are just a beginner and have no idea where to get started, here is a series of easy to follow videos called "Fast Cash For Newbies" that will save you the pain of trying to figure out everything on your own.

Have you ever heard the saying “The money is in the LIST”?
I’m sure you have heard it

Have you ever heard the saying "The money is in the LIST"?

I’m sure you have heard it a thousand times. I’m sure you are also aware that all the well known Internet Marketers make the majority of their online income through their email lists and through other Internet Marketers promoting their products and services through their email lists.

So if you know all of that, my next question is...

... do YOU have an email list?

If you do have your own opt-in email list, are you making money from it? If you are, then great! If not, then keep reading.

If you are someone who doesn’t have your own opt-in email list, then why not? You know the money is in the list! ;-)

Most people don’t have an opt-in email list started because they just don’t know HOW to start.

Many people are also intimidated by auto-responders and see them as a lot of work.

-you have to sign up to a company to receive these services
-you have to figure out how to set it up so you can automatically send a sequence of emails
-you have to figure out how to make one of those opt-in box thingies to collect email addresses
-you want to put the opt-in box on a squeeze page but don’t know how to create a squeeze page or how to put it on your squeeze page

Hey you know what? That is a lot of work! Well at least the writing of an email series that provides your subscribers a lot of fantastic valuable information, can be hard work. But that type of hard work is worth it because you will have very satisfied customers that will be thinking if this person is giving away this for free, just imagine how valuable their paid stuff must be.

All the other stuff will also be a lot of work to do for someone that has never done it before, but it doesn’t have to be.

I have found a list building guide called "Big List Bucks" that provides 7 videos that shows you step-by-step how to:

-set up your auto-responder
-how to build your list fast
-how to find starving crowds
-how to create a squeeze page that attracts people to opt-in
-how to create emails that people will open
-how to create emails that will encourage people to buy
-how to drive massive amounts of traffic to your squeeze page

This package contains all the information that you need to finally get started on building a profitable list. All the information is laid out in easy to follow videos that will make the hard scary part of starting, a breeze. If you learn better by reading text, the guide is also available in pdf format. Plus if you would like to listen to it while you are traveling, Big List Bucks is available in mp3 format as well.

So there you have it, there is no more excuse! You know how profitable list building can be and now you can be shown the right way to do it, the profitable way to do it and best of all, the easy way to do it. Go check out "Big List Bucks" now!

Could a psychological test battery be a mandatory part of driver certification in the future? Perhaps in Scotland, according to a report by the BBC. The Driving Instructors Association has created a psychometric assessment of decision making, and personality traits related to driving. These are new areas, in aiddition to conventional driving psychomotor skills (coordination, manoevering, knowledge of rules).

While the instructor's hope is to diagnose risky students, and change them before they get into trouble, I'm surprised actuarials in insurance companies haven't looked at this sooner. Perhaps it is because they don't have knowledge of Rasch Measurement, Item Response Theory or Computer-Adaptive Testing that makes such measures straightforward, short and meaningful?

I have a family member that plays high school football. He’s just a freshman but he is a man

I have a family member that plays high school football. He's just a freshman but he is a man-child and the is creator of amazing sports plays. He's 6'2" 195 and uber athletic. He plays quarterback, wide receiver, tight end, fullback, and free safety for his high school football team--as a freshman. I've seen him play football since grade school. He threw a winning touchdown in 7th grade that traveled 55 yards in the air--yes his arm is that strong. So I digress. I like his high school coach. He coaches a spread offense pretty well but he really misses the fundamentals in some situations. Case in point. Last night in a turnover filled game my nephew's team had a chance to win the game and the coach blew it? Here's the situation and let me know if you agree or not. The ball is on the opponents 12 yard line. First and ten with 2 minutes to go in the 4th quarter. What do you do? Easy right? You run. No. Coach calls play action and as the QB (not my nephew because the current QB is a senior) completes the fake he turns to scan the field only to find the DE bearing down on him so he tries to plant and he slips to the turf. 2nd and 30 now. In my world I would have run 4 straight times. You get the 1st on the 2 yard line and run 4 more times to gain 2 yards. For full disclosure the running game was gaining at least 6 yards per carry in the 4th quarter. Guh!

What does my nephew have to do with this? He was standing on the sidelines the whole drive. He is the second fastest player on the team. He is averaging at least nine yards per carry for the whole season because the coach runs QB keeper with him every game. In this particular game he had 5 catches on slant and drag routes for approximately 50-60 yards plus two carries for 17-20 yards. I understand the reason for protecting your future. What I don't understand is a coach who doesn't understand a situation when you play smashmouth football--especially when you have 1st and 10 on the 12 yard line. Ram the ball down the opponents throat. He has a history of this same game calling the prior two years and those two occasions were on final drives in the playoffs to win the game. The coach called passes on both of those situations as well. Guh!!

That's my rant.

Someone asked how do you prove to your spouse that you've changed? That just might depend on how much of the bridge you have burned, but if you are still together that means that there is at least a small foundation left in the bridge and just pray that is enough to rebuild. Here are a few things to consider. There is truth to action speaks louder than words so be consistent with your change so that it becomes believable again. Act out of your love for your spouse and not out of guilt. If you act out of guilt you will daily be reminded of your short comings and that will be like taking two steps forward and one step backwards. Bury the past and let your spouse know you have done that, then start over acting out of a newly inspired love. Probably the worst thing you can do when you renew your relationship is to violate that trust again. So if the situation was caused by a habit or some act that you did be very diligent to get that under control and God really can help you do this. Just pray and ask. You will be surprised how he quickly responds to pleas out of a humble heart. Involve your spouse in your life more each day so they can notice the changes faster. That might mean start taking walks after dinner and communicate with each other, it might mean doing the opposite of what they expect, or having a chat session to see what is in your hearts and what expectations you both have for your future. Finally walk in forgiveness towards each other and begin to pray together. A prayer could be as short as Dear God help our marriage. I wish you the absolute best and just remember what I always say about marriage restoration if you can find a point of agreement and find the friend (your spouse) that you have lost, you will be okay. See my post Save Your Marriage in Three Words and Love Jesus Hate My Marriage. Also see my about page for additional resources.

Zo heeft menig coach bureau of individuele coach een eigen website. Daarnaast zijn er ook allerlei initiatieven om coaches meer als groep te benaderen.

By Alison Cole

Film and video production is the process of creating a motion picture film. This process consists of the activities from the initial development to the final distribution stage. While the process differs from one production company to another, there are certain stages through which film and video production goes.

Typically, there are the pre-production, production, and the post-production stages. Though the production stage is the occasion when the actual filming takes place, the other stages, particularly the pre-production stage, significantly influence the entire process of film and video production.

The pre-production stage is concerned with the development and revising of the script. Budgeting and financing decisions are made at this stage. More time spent on planning and designing the process helps with keeping costs low during the entire course of the process. Scheduling, casting, and set construction are completed during this stage.

The production stage is when the equipment needed for filming is set up and appropriate lighting and audio devices are put in place. This is the phase of principal photography, when the actual filming takes place with the director of the film overseeing the operations. This is arguably the most critical and expensive phase of the production stage. Generally, the start of the phase of principal photography signals that the production of the film would, in all probability, be completed.

Hi everyone,

I have been doing some research recently on the gene mutuation MTHFR - I have the double strand issue which effects homocysteine levels. It stops the folic acid from converting properly, so that the homocysteine cannot become methionine - an amino acid. This has effect on so many different things. I found out about the gene mutations because of fertility treatment and a miscarriage. I was tested after my miscarriage and found that this particular mutation particularly when it is double stranded, can cause miscarriage, because the foetus isn't getting the benefit of the folic acid. I have since learnt there is more risk for thrombosis, heart disease, and stroke - and even brain fog or lack of concentration. As it effects clotting issues in the blood, and has vascular implications, I realised that this could also be connected to my being a migraineur! After all they deam a migraine to be a type of mini -stroke... A light bulb moment. As it turns out, after reading a couple of articles where some research has been done, it seems that there is a good possibility that migraineurs, those particularly with aura, are effected by the gene mutation. So I am wondering why more neurologists are not testing for this gene....? I am putting it out there. I feel grateful that this could be a simple explanation for what has been a huge issue for me for many years, and effects the quality of my life dramatically. There is a simple treatment, which should be managed by your physician and consists of folic acid, B12 and B6 - which helps to lower the homocysteine levels. If this is pertinent to you, I hope this is helpful. I am not an expert, but I am becoming one in my own health! If this is an opportunity to take responsibility for your health and wellbeing if you have any signs ...miscarriage, migraines, etc - grab it, and get your homocysteine levels checked, or get tested for the MTHFR gene mutation.

with your wellbeing in mind,

Coach Louise

PS I have a detailed tutorial on my www.lifebalanceinfertilitycoach.wordpress.com site on MTHFR if you want to know a little more about it!

i am so excited about this program! it actually came courtesy of a funk that i was in and some great advice during a business tele-conference i attended/heard.

anyway, this program is for coaches, consultants and trainers who need marketing assistance. i was doing this in an informal way, but now it seems that its time to make a more formal introduction to the marketplace. isn't it amazing how something's are jsut staring us in the face, as we ask for more this and that?

but, back to my funk for a second.

i have a friend, a brother, who is going to be so happy about this blog entry. for those of you just tuning in, i want to tell you that i am one of those people who is usually upbeat and positive. i spend the majority of my days rendering positive influence to clients and to those in my personal life, and it gives me great joy.

enter the funk.

on the heels of ike (what good friend/big brother antoine b. deems "hurrication"), which was a self-professed time of victory i believed, i developed a funk, which has lingered until the last few minutes or so (stay tuned). i wasn't excited about anything, and my positive upbeat self, while present to those who needed it, was closer to being a one-act play, than my genuine self. of course, you cannot be honest with everyone about how you feel- good or not-so good, so i pressed on.

i continue to go through the motions, and courtesy of the black market exchange, i attended a tele-conference...it was great..kudos to crystal w. :D Because of this conference, DivisionOne, once an informal thought and effort is now official launched--courtesy of a great eflier and a list of almost 4K professionals! (see thumbnail below)

<

the funny thing about a funk is that, for me, i didn't just stop, i just didn't want to do anything, or do just the minimum, which is weird because i am a go all out, don't stop til its done type of person. anyway...

the great thing about the funk, is that i was aware of it, and that i had people who rallied around me and said, "hey steph, i am here for you." isn't that great? so, if you don't have people who you can lean on in your life, i suggest that you get some. because i was aware of the funk, it allowed me to put things into perspective regarding what was happening around me. i knew that i had to make some things happen despite the funk, and that was what i did. additionally, i spent alot of time alone and with G(l)od (inside joke), just trying to get clear, and to hear what my steps should be...or not be. so, the funk was somewhat productive and i always knew that it was a temporary condition...and yours is too. (wink-wink)

so...without further ado...i am pleased to announce the fruit of my funk...division one.

When your relationship is not in that close, loving space, it can feel like a lonely, confusing plac

When your relationship is not in that close, loving space, it can feel like a lonely, confusing place.

It is easy to feel guilty or responsible and try to fix it all yourself. The simple truth is that you cannot.

Relationships take 2 people. Your relationship is in the space it is because you both allowed it to get that way. Thus getting it back into a mutually-fulfilling space is going to take both of you.

Remember watching a football game where there are a few seconds left on the clock and the team that has possession needs a field goal to win the game? The kicker misses and the team loses by 1 or 2 points. Who is everybody mad at? The kicker - for missing the goal and losing the game.

The truth is that it was the team effort that put the team in the position of depending on those few points to win the game. If they had played more effectively as a team, they would not have been in that position.

See how this applies to your relationship?

Granted you or your partner may have done something that contributed to a rift, but the reconciliation has to be done jointly.

If either one of you is upset about something and doesn’t want to connect, communicate or resolve, you are going to be in a deadlock.

So, you are ready to move forward with putting your relationship back where you want it to be, and you know that it is not just up to you.

What can you do? Especially if the other half is not ready or willing to participate with anything?

As my friend and coach Kassandra Vaughn says – you Choose You. You start with the only thing that you do have any control over – yourself.

You do what you can to take care of yourself and position yourself in the best possible way for the relationship that you desire.

My Relationships Unlimited program is designed to give you the insights, support and direction that will assist you in taking care of you and moving toward the relationship that you desire. Your membership provides access for your partner also, whether they choose to participate solo or join you in creating the mutually fulfilling life and relationship you both desire.

Even if you both decide that parting company is the best strategy for you all, you have taken care of you and you will be able to enter a new relationship with clear energy and no unresolved business.

How would that feel?

Click here for more information on my Relationships Unlimited program, and focus on the most important thing – you.

Because you deserve it.

The Big Dogz know that having effective managers is no magic act; it takes effort to spot and develop managers that will lead your organization. Three levels of management need to be identified and developed. The three levels are first level, middle and executive management. Here is a look at an approach to spot and develop these managers.

Potential first level manager

What to look for:

1. Ability to manage themselves

2. Strong analytical skills related to problem solving

3. Ability to learn and teach others

4. Motivation to become a leader

5. Concern for others

6. Self awareness

How to develop:

1. Give them team leader assignments to accomplish a goal without giving them authority. If they can get this done, then you can give them position power.

2. Have them chair a task force to investigate a business opportunity within your area of responsibility.

3. Provide them a person to mentor. Set specific learning objectives for the mentee to validate that the candidate can teach others.

4. Ask them to provide feedback on their own performance. Pay attention to insure that they give you balanced, honest feedback. Watch to see if they apply the lessons learned.

5. Ask their opinion about a key organizational issue. How would they handle it? Ask them to justify their answers.

The Big Dogz know that these ideas are just the beginning. You will need to be proactive in seeking out development opportunities. Once you start to focus on finding development activities, you will see that it gets easier. The key is to find opportunities that will help the person grow while helping your business grow.

Take a few minutes right now and identify people who you can help move into management.
