We don't consider ourselves to be comedic geniuses on the level of Jeff Foxworthy, but we'll give it a shot: If you use Axe Body Spray, you're probably a douchebag.

I got out about four seconds of what I interpreted as "less retarded" before the director said, and I quote," Get outta here."

It was awesome.  The guy wasted no time.  If only it hadn't taken me an hour and a half to get to the audition, it just may have been the greatest audition experience of my life.

I just cannot comprehend how anybody can enjoy listening to the same tracks in practically the same order day in day out, nay hour to hour. Do they fail to notice that there is no transition in the play list? Or do they suffer from amnesia? Each hour are their brains purged of the banal commercial deluge which permeates through their cochlea?

Would you for instance turn on the same TV channel each evening in the full knowledge that the entire evenings viewing would consist of the exact same 5 programs repeated each day? Same episode day in day out?

Maybe the first two days you may relish watching the same episode of Only Fools And Horses, you know the one where Del Boy falls through the gap in the bar, but i'll wager that before long the merest hint of the opening theme tune will have you projectile vomiting over your digibox before you reach "...no vat" and if not then i gather that you could well be the sort of person who is able to comfortably ingest the aural strychnine that is commercial radio.

This video is to help "defend the honor of Windows." I found it incredibly cheesy and an obvious stab in the dark against Apple. It's main reason for existance, it seems, is to make out like Apple is offending everyone.

PC in the Mac ads is this boring guy in a suit wearing glasses. So, in the "I'm a PC" ad it has people saying things like "I wear glasses".

"Mac" in the Mac ads is cool, casual and fun, and played by Justin Long (who is totally up there).

I guess Microsoft don't like being thought of as being boring. Fair enough. They want to be the cool ones with the cool ads. Sadly, their ad isn't funny. However, I have to admit that it is well made. To bad it's trying to rip off Apple.

I was at home with the grape dutch and I see this commercial for Barilla where this lady all happy that some dude playing with her kids he like a suave neighbor. Somehow this muthafucka got 2 bitches cooking over a stove for him, whats more amazing is no one know this muthafuckas name! He plays with the kids, He eating and all he do is smile and say “perfecto”.

Types of Title Insurance

There are two types of title insurance:

1)       Lenders title insurance, also called a Loan Policy

2)       Owner's title insurance.

Most lenders require a Loan Policy when they issue you a loan. The Loan Policy is usually based on the dollar amount of your loan. It protects the lender's interests in the property should a problem with the title arise. The policy amount decreases each year and eventually disappears as the loan is paid off.

Owner's title insurance is usually issued in the amount of the real estate purchase. It is purchased for a one-time fee at closing and lasts as long as you or your heirs have an interest in the property. This may even be after the insured has sold the property. Only Owner's title insurance fully protects the buyer should a problem arise with the title that was not uncovered during the title search. Owner's title insurance also pays for any legal fees involved in defending a claim to your title.

How Am I Protected?

In order to issue title insurance, the title company must search public land records for matters affecting that title. Many search the "chain" of title back 50 years. Twenty-six percent of title searches find a title problem that is fixed before the insurance is issued. Some examples of items that can cause a problem are: deeds, wills and trust that contain improper information; outstanding judgments or tax liens against the property; and easements. Title companies fix the problems then issue the title insurance.

Occasionally, in spite of an exhaustive title search, hidden hazards can emerge after closing. Things such as mistakes in the public record, previously undisclosed heirs claming to own the property; or forged deeds could cloud the title. Owner's title insurance offers financial protection against these by negotiating with third-parties, and paying claims and the legal fees involved in defending the title.

Then, this Yoplait commercial came on with Richard Simmons and ... honestly, my stomach did a little curdle and I'm not that hungry anymore.

Would life be easier if the devil attacked us like that? Sure you would have to invest in Depends, but at least you knew where he was. Although the devil does attack us like that at times, most of the time it is more of a sneak attack. He will do a little here, do a little there. Most of us don't even know it's happening. We don't realize that we are being attacked. Clueless.....unless. Unless we are paying close attention to God's Word. Imagine being a part of an army. You had no orders because you missed the meetings. You sit around lazly waiting for something to happen. You don't get in a chow line so you are hungry. You don't clean your weapon so it doesn't fire anymore. You don't even look up at the sky for incoming fire. Instead, you sit under a tree....just waiting......waiting.....waiting. All of a sudden the enemy has surrounded you & you don't know why. Why do you....why do I....do that? We wonder where God is?!

If you read about the Armor of God (Ephesians 6) you would see that there is no mention of protecting your backside. I believe that God wants us to be on the offensive. To be ready to attack when satan comes. That means we should be alert, talking with our Savior about what's next. If we have the armor of God on us, why should we be fearful? What armor piece are you missing right now? There is no perfect person, or solider in this case...if you have a weak spot, talk to God about it. Seek out your local church and see if they can help. Talk to someone you trust. Don't live in fear, live in victory!

You see a beautiful woman in the shower, walking around in sexy lingerie, checking her messages. BEEP! "Hey baby it's me, gotta work late tonight. Don't wait up." So what does she do? She sniffs his collar (which we are to assume carries the lingering scent of 99, not neck sweat).

What part of the game is that? Ladies, do you take kindly to getting all sexified and dolled up, only to have your man say don't wait up?! Besides, years of movies, television and bad novels has taught us that "work late" is a euphemism for bang the secretary out on the desk. I don't think so Jigga! That commercial is so stupid. Well, stupid except for the loop of "I Know" in the background. I love that beat.
