In urma unui control de rutina, Felicia Cilinschi, de 32 de ani, a fost diagnosticata cu leucemie acuta limfoblastica. </strong><strong>Singura ei sansa de a invinge boala este o   interventie in Germania, estimata la 200 de mii de euro.</strong></p>

<title><![CDATA[Case pentru sinistrati, un program initiat de Flacara Iasului]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>ACUM este momentul ca oamenii de afaceri de succes din Iasi sa ofere comunitatii un sprijin substantial. Cotidianul <a href="http://www.flacarais.ro/eveniment/case_pentru_sinistrati.html">Flacara Iasului</a>, in parteneriat cu <a href="http://www.caiiasi.com">Centrul de Afaceri International</a>, initiaza in acest moment Programul "Case pentru sinistrati", program la care ii asteapta sa participe pe toti membrii mediului de afaceri iesean, dupa posibilitatile fiecaruia.</em></p>
<p>Inundatiile de la finalul lunii iulie au afectat zeci de localitati din Moldova, iar mii de oameni s-au vazut nevoiti sa-si paraseasca gospodariile, pentru a-si salva viata. Sinistratii se intorc acum la casele lor, incercand sa-si repuna existenta in ordinea ei fireasca. Cateva sute de oameni, insa, nu mai au la ce se intoarce. Munca lor de-o viata a fost luata de ape, au ramas fara animale, fara bruma de agoniseala pe care o mai aveau si, cel mai dureros, au ramas fara un acoperis deasupra capului.</p>
<p>Potrivit raportarilor oficiale, numai in satele calamitate din judetul Iasi, 90 de case au fost distruse complet, iar alte 187 necesita lucrari de refacere pentru a putea fi locuite. Situatia se prezinta la fel si in alte judete ale Moldovei. Cei ramasi fara case, in marea lor majoritate batrani si bolnavi, nu mai au nicio posibilitate de a-si reface locuintele distruse, iar peste trei luni incepe iarna. </p>
<p> In cadrul acestui program, urmarim sa reconstruim in cel mai scurt timp posibil cat mai multe dintre casele distruse de inundatii. Colaboram cu autoritatile locale din zonele sinistrate, pentru a identifica persoanele aflate in situatiile cele mai dificile, care au  nevoie de ajutor cat mai grabnic in a-si recladi locuinta. Totodata, Centrul de Afaceri International va asigura antreprenoriatul acestui program.</p>
<p>Asteptam ca la aceasta initiativa sa se alature cat mai multi dintre oamenii de afaceri ieseni, dupa posibilitatile fiecaruia. Este nevoie de intreaga gama de materiale de constructii, de forta de munca, de obiecte de uz casnic sau de sprijin financiar. Orice caramida sau sac de ciment in plus va permite unui batran sau unei tinere familii ramasa fara casa sa-si petreaca iarna la adapost.</p>
<p>Cotidianul <a href="http://www.flacarais.ro">Flacara Iasului</a> va centraliza ajutorul pe care il vor oferi oamenii de afaceri ce vor raspunde acestei initiative si, impreuna cu partenerii Programului "Case pentru sinistrati", va avea grija ca acest sprijin sa ajunga exact acolo unde este mai mare nevoie.</p>

<p>Vin cu rugamintea tuturor care citesc acest post sa trimita stirea mai departe. In curand vine iarna si chiar daca multi din noi, poate, au oferit hrana si imbracaminte, totusi acei oameni au nevoie de mai mult decat atat: un camin in care sa se adaposteasca.<br />

<p>"Pe timpul campaniei vor fi amplasate standuri la intrarea din corpurile A si B din cadrul Universitatii "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iasi, urmind ca in fiecare seara dupa orele 20, studentii implicati in aceasta campanie sa mearga in caminele din campusurile "Titu Maiorescu", "Codrescu" si "Targusor - Copou" pentru a colecta fonduri de la studentii care doresc sa ofere un mic sprijin acestor copii", spune intr-un comunicat de presa <strong>Ionut Ganju</strong>, presedinte ASR Iasi.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before engaging in developing a corporate blog, one should pay attention to the audience. Will the focus be on "existent customers" ,  on "prospective clients" or on partners?  There are also corporate blogs that focus on prospective employees. Such blogs present the working environment in the company, some of the employees and their achievements.  For example, see the <a href="http://myadobe.ro/">Adobe blog</a> in Romania , it's a nice one: transparent, friendly, well segmented, people oriented, funny. Among the blog  categories I mention: the team members, the company events, some general articles about nowadays technology, the Adobe projects in Romania.</p>
<p>Overall, a blog can address to all types of audience. Let's summarize  the main ones:</p>
<ul>
<li> current customers</li>
<li> prospective customers</li>
<li> partners, sales channels</li>
<li> prospective employees</li>
<li> press</li>
</ul>
<p><em>But why should your audience go to the blog and not your website? </em>Because it helps them communicate with you, it's more user friendly. If you have a voice, you don't appear to be a nameless and faceless corporate entity.</p>
<p>For example, a customer would be interested to deal with people rather than with a cold press release. So, the blog helps  customers feel like they are buying from a real person. The information they find on the blog is usually fresh and not filled with advertising. It gives them the power to control what they read and what they comment. Some may choose to spread the word, as well.</p>
<p>Partners can also get an informal voice on your blog and find useful information about your audience.</p>

<p>Desi sunt in criza de timp, ca mai toti bloggerii care totusi vor sa mai faca un update macar saptamanal, as vrea sa scriu ceva despre comunicarea personala prin intermediul unui hobby. Si hobby-ul poate fi un mod de exprimare, mai ales atunci cand rezulta si ceva concret in urma practicarii unui hobby. De exemplu, azi am aflat de la o prietena ca este pasionata de modelajul cu fimo. Sincera sa fiu, nu stiam ce este fimo. Se pare ca este un fel de plastilina speciala din care poti sa faci  figurine decorative, bijuterii sau sa decorezi vaze, pahare, lampi si alte obiecte. Mi-a placut foarte mult ce a facut prietena mea Adina, asa incat m-am hotarat, cu acordul ei, sa postez cateva lucrari de-ale ei pe blog.
