<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="justify">Afacerea contoarelor de căldură este cea mai mare ţeapă pe care şi-o puteau lua fraierii care locuiesc la bloc. În primul rînd oricine are un perete comun cu alt vecin, caz în care dacă are loc o încălzire diferită a apartamentelor, unul va plăti mai mult pentru că se găseşte vreun vecin ca <a href="http://www.piticu.ro/2008/01/26/radet-ul-si-economia-de-caldura/index.html">piticu</a> (care nici măcar nu este un pensionar ramolit şi în plus îmi şi place blogul lui) care dă căldura la mic şi îşi închipuie că face economie. Blocul este un condominiu. Cam la toate blocurile pereţii dintre apartamente nu sînt gîndiţi să izoleze termic şi fonic astfel încît fiecare să se comporte ca şi cum ar fi singur pe cîmp. Sistemele de încălzire care se pretează la contorizare separată în clădiri concepute pentru aşa ceva nu au nici o legătură cu contorizarea pe calorifere, cu centralele termice de apartament şi cu alte trucuri pe care le face românul ca să i se pară că în mijlocul blocului el este independent după ce a intrat în casă şi a închis uşa. Randamentul unui sistem de încălzire este cel care dă economie de cost, nu zgîrcenia. Mă mir că nu pun botul ăştia de prin blocuri să bage cartelă de acces la lift ca să plătească fiecare cît a circulat...</p>

<p align="justify"><strong>Ordinul 28/2007 a fost publicat si in Monitorul Oficial 760/14.11.2007. Standardul de performanta in forma actuala este o reala provocare pentru Operatorii de Distributie a energiei electrice in beneficiu clientilor.</strong></p>

<title><![CDATA[Ghid de administrare a unui blog!]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[              Cred ca daca am pune de un ghid de creare/administrare a unui blog un man]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><a href="http://stoianconstantin.wordpress.com/files/2007/11/interior-stalp-metalic.jpg" title="interior-stalp-metalic.jpg"><img src="http://stoianconstantin.wordpress.com/files/2007/11/interior-stalp-metalic.thumbnail.jpg" alt="interior-stalp-metalic.jpg" /></a>              Cred ca daca am pune de un ghid de creare/administrare a unui blog un manual al blogului in limba romana am contribui la economia de <strong><u>energie</u> (am o obsesie cu energia),</strong> <strong><u>timp</u></strong> (<strong>intra si el in ecuatia energiei daca este putere in zona</strong>) si <strong><u>bani</u> (sunt un inevitabil corolar al energiei)</strong>. O astfel de actiune ar conduce la inmultirea blogerilor si la creterea satisfactiei acestei indeletniciri. Avem bineinteles la dispozitie instructiunile in engleza oferite de wordpress.com (WP) insa unora engleza le joaca feste si in plus rezultatele experimentarii diferitelor combinatii de facilitati pot fi rezultate individuale utile natiei daca sunt mediatizate.</p>
<p align="justify">                 Din comentariu in comentariu se pot strange diverse instructiuni, algoritmi, explicatii care cu timpul pot sa fie eventual sortate si sistematizate astfel incat sa fie utile natiei. Putem avea echivalentul romanesc al FAQ (cele mai frecvente intrebari)</p>
<p align="justify">Start ghid:</p>
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Care este diferenta intre "pagina" si "post"?</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">Eu cred ca principala diferenta consta in aceea ca titlurile paginii se pot afisa individual in zona de 'Widgest' (butoane si titluri menite sa asigure informatii despre continutul blogului + link-uri cu alte site si alte facilitati ) asociata fiecarei machete (presentation). "Posts" (eu i-as spune articol) pot fi accesate de regula prin intermediul categoriei din care fac parte. O alta diferenta majora o constituie faptul ca acestea (post) permit declaraea/asocierea unor tag-uri.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Ce se intelege prin tag?</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Pana una alta eu asociez notiunea de tag cu acelea de: cuvinte cheie, respectiv domenii initiate de blogeri. Un nou bloger sau o noua publicare de articol se poate face asociindu-i unul sau mai multe  tag-uri existente cu care autorul crede ca materialul lui are legatura sau poate propune noi tag-uri. WP listeaza in paginile comune nori sau liste de tag-uri combinand cele mai des utilizate in asociere cu unele noi sau cu unele ce par mai exotice astfel incat prin acest joc deruleaza un episod de marketing al blogurilor. Accesand un tag afiat de (propus de) WP ti se ofera o lista cu blogurile care au invocat tagul respectiv. De aici, pe aceasta sortare se presupune ca esti mai aproape de ceea ce cauti. Este posibil ca unele taguri din listele individuale sa nu fie niciodata listate de WP si sa nu li se faca publicitate de loc. Cred ca tastand denumiri cunoscuta sau banuite/dorite de taguri in motoarele de cautare ai sansa alaturi de alte milioane de pagini (din pacate) sa fie listate si bloguri din WP care contin aceste tag-uri/cuvinte cheie.</p>
<p align="justify">Gata pe azi. Next time mi-am propus sa traduc denumirea meniurilor de administrare oferite de WP si poate sa spun cateva cuvinte despre fiecare din cele pe care cred ca le-am inteles!! But only next time!</p>
<p align="justify"><u>Introducerea unui link intrun articol/pagina</u></p>
<p align="justify">In fereastra de editare (pagina si/sau articol) exista la partea superioara a ferestrei de scriere un mic meniu. Pe la mijloc sunt doua icoane: o “za de lant” si o “za rupta de lant”. Prima este utila pt introducerea unui link iar a doua pt anularea unui link.<br />
Se marcheaza cu mausul cuvantul/ cuvintele/propozitia care se doreste sa ascunda un link. Se da clik pe butonul “za de lant” : apare o ferestra cu 3 zone: prima cere adresa web a paginii catre care se face legatura de tipul http… (se scrie adresa sau se insereaza cu functia de “paste” daca a fost memorata inainte cu functia “copy”) a doua zona permite optiunea ca link-ul sa se “deshida” in aceeasi fereastra ori intro fereastra noua (eu aleg optiunea doua) iar in zona reia se cere sa se denumesca link-ul generat (cred ca merge si fara denumire).</p>
<p align="justify"><u>Introducerea unui link intr-un mesaj</u></p>
<p align="justify">Poate sunt si alte cai. Eu am descoperit una din ele. Dupa ce raspund la un mesaj (de fapt incep sa raspund) dupa salvare ni se ofera un buton de edit deasupra mesajului. Dupa clik apare o fereastra de editare care in bara de meniuri in stanga sus are un buton denumit chiar link. Se da clik pe el si se deschide o fereastra in care trebuie sa scrii adersa web de tipul http... spre care vrei sa asiguri link din fereastra de mesaje</p>
<p align="justify">Dashboard - panou de administrare - panou care asigura accesul la mai multe utilitare de administrarea blogului.</p>
<p align="justify">Statistics_statistici,</p>
<p align="justify">Aici lucrurile sunt destul de evidente:</p>
<p align="justify">. clik pe nodul unui grafic zilnic si se intra intr-un ecran unde sunt afisate in detaliu informatii despre articolele accesate. In pagina de statistici se retin doar top 11 accesari.</p>
<p align="justify">. <p align="justify">. daca in pagina de statistici (de fapt in oricare pagina de statistici) se utilizeaza butonul albastru din dreptul fiecarui element (la dreapta campului de denumire) care face obiectul statisticilor de exemplu: un titlu de articol, se va accesa un grafic cu evolutia accesarii respectivului articol de la inceputul afisarii lui.</p>

<p align="justify"><strong><u>Atentionare</u>: </strong>materialul abunda de "cred ca" asta este in fapt o invitatie pentru voi cei care aveti o opinie mai corecta sa initiati un comentariu corectiv. personal sunt foarte dispus sa invat si sa-mi redefinesc afiratiile</p>

Prin aceasta dorim sa ne oferim un prilej sa-ti comunicam oferta noastra de produse si servicii publicitare.In tumultul activitatii economice suntem in egala masura clienti si furnizori. Aceasta bivalenta de roluri ne permite sa testam, in calitate de clienti, procedeele de marketing utilizate de furnizorii nostrii si sa le asimilam pe cele care au reusit sa ne capteze atentia si sa ne mentina treaza dorinta de continuare a relatiilor comerciale. De exemplu in ceea ce ne priveste suntem in faza unei relatii potentiale cand in calitate de furnizor ne straduim sa ne semnalam existenta si sa  capacitam atentia ca potential client. <span>Apelam in acest scop la o modalitate directa de comunicare. Canalul de comunicare ales <strong>e-mail-ul, </strong>ne permite sa segmentam auditoriul adresandu-ne unui segment de clienti potential care au un nivel cultural ridicat, sunt deschisi la nou si mizeaza pe forta comunicarii in dezvoltarea propiei afaceri.</span><span>Mizam pe avantajul ca auditoriul vizat este si avizat si la randul sau traieste emotiile luptei continuie de largire a bazei propii de clienti si va recunoaste usor eforturile similare depuse de noi. Tehnica abordata, de a oferi in acelasi timp o informatie utila cititorului care sa sa fie si un mesaj de marketing, ne dorim sa fie receptata ca o proba de lucru pe care o dam in fata Dv. Acest procedeu sau altele potrivite auditoriului si mijlocului de comunicare utilizat le putem aplica pentru promovarea afacerii tale.</span><span> </span></p>

Suntem convinsi ca veti valorifica in timp aceasta informatie. Astfel mesajele de inceput trebuie sa-i caute pe <strong>“inovatori”</strong>, pe cei dornici de aventura care adora sa fie primii care incearca un produs si care vor fi incantati sa li se recunoasca si sa li se consolideze acest statut. Aceste mesaje sunt diferite de cele adresate <strong>“intarziatilor”</strong>, conservatorilor. Acesti posibili clienti vor fi tinta strategiilor de penetrare a pietii. Ei vor avea un rol deosebit in faza de maturitate a produsului cand ne vom dori sa reusim sa-l mentinem cat mai mult pe piata. </font></span></font></p>
