Thankfully, it looks like Gears of War 2 at least is going to fight against the whiney Achievement whores, by limiting the amount of accolades players can unlock in a single multiplayer game.

Speaking to CVG at Microsoft's media summit this afternoon, which you might've heard about already, Gears honcho Cliff Bleszinski said Epic was going to be "throttling" the amount of Achievements players can unlock at any given point.

"If you're going for headshots," he gave as an example, "you get one headshot that counts and any other headshots won't count towards your Achievement, so players don't just play to get headshots the entire round just to get Achievements."

Cliffy B also revealed that players will be able to track the progress of their Achievements in Gears 2 (which is looking lovely, by the way):

"I don't want to get into too much of the multiplayer right now, but one thing I can confirm is that we are doing Achievement progress so that players will be able to essentially track how far they're getting with each Achievement in whichever mode."

The video reportedly hosted on Pete Doherty's Youtube account, appears to show a cracked out Winehouse & Pete Doherty playing with baby mice..... I think its safe to say why this is complete "fuckery". Perez Hilton reports that the black soot on their hands is from the crack pipe itself. This is really sad to see such a talent engage in such trashy behavior. Take it from Whitney Houston,  Amy; CRACK IS W A C K!

How messed up is that? Again, RSPCA better get their asses in gear and get into that house. Those poor little *whatever they are* are gonna be snorted soon! You see how DUTTY their hands are? All that crack pipe messin'...Ergh! It's so messed up?!?!

Later I got busy with other stuffs, and came back to TypeRacing when the problem of script tag not being filtered came into picture. (Read about this here)

But when one of my friends clocked 186 wpm in a single race, I had my own reasons to doubt this application's working. A quick google search, took me to Orkut Plus. This post brought into light the real picture. TypeRacer Application Hack.

The hack helped reach speeds of 60-70 wpm. But how come ridiculous speeds of 180+?

Wind Racing

For this I needed to know how the software worked. It was known as the TypeRacer Crack then. Thanks to Vipul, it shall be referred to as the TypeRacer Bot in this post. Let's briefly see how it works.

This bot, automatically types the text to be typed wherever the focus is there. It is made using Visual Basic. With the help of Vivek, I obtained the source code of this bot.

This code uses two timers, two command buttons and the speed and delay time cannot be controlled. So I revised this code, to make a customizable typeracer bot. In this AutoTyper (my own fancy name for the Customizable TypeRacer Bot!), we can decide on how fast the text to be typed and when the bot should start typing. The delay time is used to avoid, type errors.

The important point to be emphasized is the use of SendKeys() function in the bot. This function does the trick. Here is the revised code (Note: This is not the source code for AutoTyper, it is a non-customizable version's code).

It uses a single Timer, and a single Command button for auto-typing. The Stop Typing Button, is used to stop the bot's action when, it doesn't work as expected to work, causing type errors. The default frequency has been set at 50 and the delay as 5 sec. A frequency below 50 might result in ridiculous and mind blowing speeds, and might also disqualify you from the race. And a very small delay time, could cause type errors as shown. Here frequency means how fast the software types. Lower the frequency higher the speed.

During testing, I found one racer actually trying to over take my bot! It was obvious that, another bot was doing it's job there. Now it was not the race among the users, it was a race among the bots! Well my bot won that race. :) . And there were many people, who approached me asking how I clocked these speeds. To all of them, I am using AutoTyper since the 16th of May, 2008, only for testing.

    Beamte des Rauschgiftdezernats (LKA 62) haben einen 23-jährigen Mann aus Sierra Leone festgenommen und dem Haftrichter zugeführt. Der Mann steht im Verdacht, mit Rauschgift gehandelt zu haben.

    Seit März 2008 ermittelten die Kriminalbeamten gegen einen zunächst unbekannten Mann, der gewerbsmäßig mit Kokain und Crack handelte. Durch umfangreiche kriminaltaktische Maßnahmen wurde der Tatverdächtige identifiziert. Am vergangenen Freitag nahmen ihn die Fahnder, in der von ihm zum Verkauf von Rauschgift genutzten Wohnung in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg vorläufig fest. Die Durchsuchung der Wohnung und eines vom Tatverdächtigen als Verkaufsstelle genutzten "Callshops" in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg führte zur Sicherstellung von insgesamt von 365 Gramm Crack, 150 Gramm Kokain und 15.635 Euro mutmaßlichem Dealgeld.

    Der bereits einschlägig polizeibekannte Mann wurde nach erkennungsdienstlicher Behandlung dem Haftrichter zugeführt.

A/N: Yumi and I came up with the brilliant idea to give Endrance sugar. Maybe it wasn't so brilliant, but whatever, right? Anyway, I'm sorry if this turned out to be utter crap, but I had to... I had to... *apologises*

It was that morning when Haseo noticed that Endrance was a little... off. Well, alright, that was putting it mildly.

The man was actually bouncing across the Netslum. Bouncing. Atoli and Kuhn just seemed content to watch him, and in Kuhn's case, content to laugh his ass off.

"Hi, Haseo!" The cheerful, child-like voice could only belong to one person, and he stood up and turned around to face the blue-haired leader of Moon Tree.

"Zelkova," he acknowledged, slumping back against a wall, tired from the effort it had taken to get Endrance here rather than letting him randomly wander around Lumina Cloth, thus ruining his image of a cool, collected Emperor. I'd better get paid for this, he thought darkly, content to plot out ways to extort money from the purple-armoured man.

"I blocked off the Warp Point like you asked, but why-?" Endrance was skipping now, giggling madly and practically knocking down the poor denizens of the Netslum while he was at it. "Oh, I see."

"Haseo's afraid of what he could do if he got out," Kuhn gasped, quickly falling back over with uncontrolled laughter. Pi kicked him none-too-gently with a boot, although she, too, looked rather amused, especially when Kuhn curled up into a ball in order to shield himself from other random attacks.

"Um... Should I call Saku?" Atoli looked rather uncomfortable with the concept of simply letting the rather famous PC continue riding the waves of hyperactivity, but Haseo shook his head.

"She'll just blame me," Haseo replied glumly, putting his head on his hand. Even he couldn't stop a snort of amusement from escaping when Endrance crashed headlong into a wall, though. Atoli, of course, rushed over and began to fuss over him, but he brushed her off with a wide grin and uncharacteristically loud laughter. Apparently something was funny.

"Do you think he'll be alright?" That was Atoli, once again fussing about Endrance as she tried to watch over him, helplessly shaking her head at his antics.

"I think so." Zelkova was right next to him, which surprised Haseo, who in turn jumped.

"I mean, I guess he's... okayfor now, but how long will we have to keep him here?" Zelkova cocked his head at the question, and then turned around to stare at Kuhn, who had stopped laughing long enough to gape at the rare sight of Endrance crashing into a wall, followed by more insane laughter and no small amount of punishment from a still-amused Pi. "Actually, a better question might be if he'sgoing to be alright. Kaoru probably just had too much sugar or something."

"Kaoru...?" Haseo was confused. Who the hell was Kaoru? Voicing his question, Zelkova smiled innocently.

"Oh, that's the name of Endrance's player! I was looking through CC Corp's system when I happened to run across the name database," he offered cheerfully.

"Isn't that supposed to be secure?" Pi's voice came from somewhere above his head, and Haseo opted to keep watching Zelkova's reactions instead.

"Yeah! I think so, at least..." He shrugged apologetically. "Hey!" Endrance had now picked up the Wise Grunty and was attempting to play soccer with it, despite the little thing's yelled protests. Zelkova quickly rescued him, sans his hat, and brought him to their relative safe haven in the closed-off alleyway.

"Hey, give me that,"  Haseo said, snatching the abused little Grunty up long enough to attempt a half-assed throw. The screaming creature hit Endrance's heat, bounced off, and then ran away as fast as its little legs could carry it. All of them made their way over when the Emperor made no move to get up from his new position on the ground.

"I think... I'm okay?" The man simply began giggling again, which of course was only begging the question...

"Endrance, how much sugar have you had today?"

I'm sorry for 1) ending it there and 2) even writing this! No flames please... *whimper*
