G-Spot dinamai menurut Ernst Grafenbergts,  orang pertama yang, pada tahun 1950, serius berusaha menguak seputar orgasme wanita yang selama ini dianggap sebagai fenomena. Walaupun paparan Grafenbergts masih menyisakan  keraguan di kalangan medisian, banyak wanita yang merasakan sensasi lebih akan keberadaan G Spot ini.

Menurut Ernst, wanita yang mengeluarkan cairan ketika memperoleh orgasme, adalah karena  rangsangan pada G Spot-nya. Dari penelitiannya di Canada dan Amerika Serikat, ia memaparkan bahwa komposisi cairan tersebut sungguh serupa dengan sekresi prostat  pria.

Sementara kepastian belum diperoleh dampak buruk pun lebih dulu muncul. Jadi, harus ada publikasi yang memadai untuk itu, mengingat dampak sosialnya tidak tergolong kecil.

Find the G-Spot:

• Continue stimulating her until she's positively begging you to get inside her.

• Get comfortable so you're sitting or lying beside her or kneeling between her knees. Find a suitable position that will allow you to touch her clit and also put your fingers inside.

• Communicate with your woman to make sure she's comfortable. If not, get her to tell you exactly what position she'd like you to adopt.

Stimulating the G-Spot:

• Insert your middle finger (or two) into her vagina about 2 inches, with your palms upwards. Bend your fingers back so you can touch the inside front of the vaginal wall.

• Move your fingers gently back and forth, trying out different pressures. Eventually you want a constant pressure and to keep the movement going smoothly and steadily.

A common subject young men broach with each other is the "How old would you go?" topic. The Pussicurean has gone as old as 52, and she was still the best I've ever had. I miss that pussy. Untuk membuktikannya, Jannini melakukan percobaan di Universitas L'Aquila. Dia menggunakan alat ultrasound pada sembilan orang wanita yang mengaku pernah melakukan orgasme vagina dan 11 wanita yang tidak melakukannya.

Targetnya adalah jaringan kulit tipis yang lokasinya berada di depan dinding vagina di belakang uretra. Untuk kelompok pertama, lebih tebal, dibanding grup yang kedua, kemudian pemeriksaan elektronis yang membuktikan percobaan itu.

Dalam penelitiannya di The Journal of Sexual Medicine, Jannini mengatakan, percobaan yang dilakukannya jelas, yakni wanita yang tidak tahu G-Spotnya tidak dapat memperoleh orgasme vagina.

Today's post Ask The Internet, was a topic on any question you may need answered by, the Internet, AKA, The Bagel of Everything.  So of course I had to stick my two cents in and ask a question I thought was applicable. 

Now mind you, having Attention Deficit Disorder my thought process isn't as fast as most and only having ten minutes before leaving for work, I panicked and wrote what I thought made sense at the time.

Now my question again and was told to me by a friend years ago is, does always having an orgasm by stimulating the clitoris over a period of time make it harder to have a vaginal orgasm?

If you’ve had these thoughts, forget them.  The short answer is that “the button” doesn’t exist - at least not in the way described above.  We’re not robots with orgasm buttons, thank God, because think of the sensual delights we’d miss out on if such a button existed. 

What Is It?
The “g-spot,” or Gräfenberg spot, is a mis-named and often mis-understood area of a woman’s body.  The g-spot is not really a spot at all, but rather an area inside the vagina.  The Gräfenberg spot is located about an inch or so inside the vagina on the upper wall (the “stomach side” rather than the “back side”) behind the pubic bone.  In many women, this area feels bumpier than the rest of the vagina.

Be Stimulated before Stimulation
It is best to be aroused before attempting to locate the g-spot.  The increased blood flow and nerve arousal makes this area more sensitive to pressure.  Here are a few ways to stimulate the g-spot, and, if you use your imagination, you might be able to come up with even more.

Fantastic Fingers
Fingers can bend and explore in ways that a penis can’t, so take advantage of this when exploring the vagina.  An excellent way to stimulate an aroused g-spot is to make the “come hither” motion with one or two fingers inside the vagina.  The g-spot responds to pressure as opposed to light touch, so many women enjoy quite powerful upward strokes in this area.

Precise Penises 
There are some men out there whose penises are naturally curved to effectively stimulate the g-spot.  For those men who aren’t blessed with such a bend, here are some pointers.  Keep in mind the angle of the penis.  Position yourself slightly lower than the vagina, if she’s on her back, to enter her at an upward angle.  Then penetrate her vagina with shallow thrusts, about an inch or two in, stimulating the upper vaginal wall just behind the pubic bone with the head of your penis.  You may want to mix things up by doing two shallow thrusts for every deep thrust or one shallow and two deep – whatever lights your number.  And if you really want to put a smile on your lover’s face, add some clitoral stimulation to the mix!

Trust Your Body
While exploring the g-spot, try not to live up to an expectation that something should feel good when it doesn’t.  Trust your body, and remember to get and give plenty of feedback when with a partner.  If it doesn’t feel good, try something different, stop, or try again later.  Remember – there is no wrong way to do this if everyone has a good time.
